Who is responsible for the brand?

Rhino Origins is a brand developed by White Rhino Concepts Limited, registered in Uganda. Products may be sourced, processed, roasted or packed through specialist partners. The identity of the actual manufacturer or packer, where required, will appear on the final product label or in the relevant supply documentation.

Product approval before sale

Each product and shipment must be assessed against the rules that apply to that category and destination. Requirements may include manufacturer or packer licensing, applicable Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) standards, food-labelling requirements, product testing, customs documents, import permits or destination-market rules. Availability on this website does not itself establish that any product has received regulatory approval.

Product labels and factual claims

Final packaged products are intended to provide applicable information about product identity, ingredients, allergens, net quantity, origin, responsible manufacturer or packer, batch or lot reference, production or durability dating, and safe storage or usage instructions. Exact requirements vary by product and market. Statements about specialty grades, cup scores, source origins and flavours must be supported by the relevant sample or batch evidence.

Certification and approval marks

We do not represent a product as UNBS Q-Mark certified, organic, Fairtrade, halal, ISO or otherwise accredited unless the relevant valid approval has been confirmed for the product or operation in question. Concept illustrations may differ from final compliant packaging.

Artwork and product-release status (November 2026)

The chocolate images and Ambassador gift-box insert shown on this website are development artwork and dimensional concepts only. They are not photographs of manufactured stock, approved final packaging, or evidence of regulatory certification. Final formulations, allergens (including sesame and dairy where applicable), manufacturer or packer identity, net weights, shelf-life information, product origins and appropriate destination-market labels must be checked against the specific production batch before supply.

UNBS general requirements for prepackaged-food labelling are addressed by US EAS 38:2014; the UNBS Quality Mark may only be claimed for products that have actually obtained the relevant certification. Physical fit and third-party logo permissions for proposed diplomatic gift boxes remain subject to approval.

Traceability and planned PTPT sourcing

Our Plant Today, Prosper Tomorrow programme is being developed as a future supply pathway, alongside other verified regional producers. PTPT sourcing is not presented as proof that all current products originate from enrolled farms.
