How to Order
Our collection is available through direct enquiries while we build stock. Every order is personally confirmed before payment or fulfilment arrangements are made.
Coffee
Choose your coffee from the Coffee Collection, then tell us your preferred pack size, roast and preparation. Enquiries can cover 1920’s Heritage, Maragopipe or interest in the forthcoming Arabica Typica:
- Coffee: origin or product name
- Pack size: 250g, 500g or 1kg
- Roast: Medium or Dark
- Format: Whole Beans, Medium Ground or Fine Ground, subject to availability
- Tell us the quantity and delivery area
Tea, chocolate & the wider collection
Tell us the product or flavour, preferred format, quantity and delivery location. Enquiries can cover tea, honey, vanilla, cocoa, chocolate and the developing herbs and spices collection. We will confirm availability and specifications before accepting an order.
Office packs and gifts
For Heritage Press or Heritage Brewer, specify the set and quantity. For the Office Infuser Pack, include your two preferred teas. For the African Honey Discovery Collection, tell us the number of gift sets and intended destination.
For a developing product, your enquiry registers interest; it does not reserve stock or confirm a delivery date.
Our direct-sales process
- Select the product and preferred options.
- Use the product and trade enquiry form to select your products, quantities and delivery market, or email info@rhino-origins.ug.
- We confirm availability, pricing and any applicable delivery costs.
- We agree on the payment method and delivery or collection details directly.
- The order proceeds only after both sides confirm the terms.
We do not show live stock levels, charge customers through the website or promise delivery dates until an order has been individually confirmed.

Know before you order
All product enquiries are confirmed individually. We provide total price, available stock, any applicable taxes, proposed fulfilment time, payment details and delivery or collection costs before an order is accepted. You can review and correct your request before confirming. All consumer rights under applicable law are preserved.
