1. Seller identity

Rhino Origins is a brand developed by White Rhino Concepts Limited, a company registered in Uganda. Contact: info@rhino-origins.ug. Registered office (URSB): Arua Hill, Bazaar, Hospital, Arua, Uganda. Registered postal address: P.O. Box 194239, Kampala GPO. Kampala contact office: White Rhino House, Nakawa, Ntinda/Kisasi Road, Kampala, Uganda. Arua contact office: Arua District Offices, Box No. 1, Arua, Uganda. Ugandan company registration number: 80034496489980. The company was incorporated on 22 August 2025 and converted to White Rhino Concepts Limited on 27 November 2025.

2. Website and product descriptions

The website presents Rhino Origins products and development concepts. Photographs may be packaging mockups or presentation artwork. We will state when products, flavours, recipes, pack formats or market ranges remain under development. Product descriptions, labels, grades, origins, certification status and availability must be confirmed for the actual batch before supply. Information on this site does not amount to an offer to supply any quantity unconditionally.

3. Enquiries, quotations and order acceptance

Please send your chosen product, specifications, quantity, delivery destination and contact details by email. We provide written details of availability, full price, applicable taxes, delivery or collection charges, proposed performance time, and accepted payment method. You can review and correct details, or withdraw the enquiry, before confirming the order. An order is accepted only upon our written confirmation; an automated email or enquiry acknowledgement is not acceptance.

4. Prices and payment

Unless a quotation says otherwise, prices, payment currency, any applicable taxes, packaging and transport costs are determined for each order and shown before acceptance. The website does not currently accept online card or checkout payments. Pay only by a method confirmed on a genuine Rhino Origins quotation or invoice. Never send card PINs or passwords by email.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery geography, courier, charges and expected dispatch or collection time are stated in the written order confirmation. Collection is by prior arrangement only. Where an electronic order is subject to the statutory rule and no other time is agreed, the Uganda Electronic Transactions Act provides for execution within thirty days; it also addresses cancellation for failure to perform and refunds where supply is unavailable. 6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Consumers retain all non-excludable statutory rights. Where the Uganda Electronic Transactions Act applies, a consumer may have a right to cancel an eligible electronic transaction within seven days after receiving the goods, subject to lawful exclusions, including certain food supplies, goods made to specification, goods that cannot by their nature be returned or that deteriorate or expire rapidly. The Act also provides for refunds within thirty days following applicable cancellation; the direct cost of return may be payable by the consumer where lawful. Please notify us by email and follow safe return instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights concerning defective, misdescribed, unsafe or incorrect goods. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect order, contact us with evidence and we will provide an appropriate lawful remedy.

7. Storage, allergies and suitability

Food is supplied subject to the final pack’s ingredients, allergens, handling instructions and use-by or best-before information. If you have an allergy, request confirmation of the exact product and allergen information before ordering. Follow label directions. We do not make medical treatment claims for our products.

8. Trade, export and private label

Wholesale, private label, repeated supply and export arrangements require separate written commercial terms covering product specification, ownership of artwork, regulatory responsibility, customs, payment, delivery and other negotiated matters. General website content alone does not create an exclusive supply agreement.

9. Intellectual property and website use

Rhino Origins names, logos, artwork, website text and photographs are used for brand communication. They must not be reproduced commercially without authorisation or other lawful permission. Do not interfere with the site’s security or use false contact details when placing an enquiry.

10. Questions and disputes

Please contact info@rhino-origins.ug first with your order details so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Uganda, without excluding mandatory consumer protections in any relevant destination market.
