Mugwo Payam lies in Yei River County, Central Equatoria, where forests, river valleys and flowering trees offer varied nectar sources. The supplier’s records describe local beekeeping communities working with both traditional log hives and Kenya Top Bar hives.

The changing flowering seasons contribute to Mugwo’s multifloral forest-honey heritage. The producer, harvest batch and quality details will be verified for commercial release.

The wooded hills, valleys and streams of Western Uganda provide a rich setting for flowering plants and honeybee forage. Tegemea’s sourcing includes Buhweju, where seasonal blossoms help shape each harvest.

Because the producer also sources honey elsewhere in Uganda, the exact Western Ugandan harvest district will be confirmed for every Rhino Origins batch.

Asali Honey

Moyo, West Nile, Uganda · 500 g jar concept

From Moyo in Uganda’s West Nile region, Asali celebrates a landscape of woodland, farms and seasonal flowering vegetation, together with the independent producers responsible for the honey.

Manufacturer identification, apiary traceability and batch specifications will be completed and checked before commercial release.

Beekeeping within the PTPT programme

Plant Today, Prosper Tomorrow, a White Rhino Concepts programme

PTPT includes a planned beekeeping pathway that could contribute future Ugandan honey to Rhino Origins. Producer, apiary and harvest records will guide how each qualifying batch is presented.

Our named honeys retain their own stated places of harvest.
